Chutney Sandwich is the easiest recipe that you can use to prepare as breakfast or snack. The chutney is made coriander which is rich in potassium, carbohydrate, dietary fibre, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, iron, Vitamin B6 and magnesium. Here’s how you can prepare this yummy sandwich at home easily.

Ingredients: 1 cup chopped dhania patta, ¼ grated coconut, 1 green chilli, ½ tsp sugar, 4-5 tbsp of water for grinding, ¼ tsp salt, 12-15 slices of bread, butter.
Steps:
1. Grind the chopped coriander leaves, coconut, green chillies, sugar and water together to make a smooth paste.
2. Spread butter on the bread slices. Spread the coriander chutney and seal the top with another piece of bread.
