Ingredients to make Classic Chicken Quiche (1 serving):

Chicken-50gms, bread -4- 5 slices, mayonnaise -20gms, eggs -2-3, milk -100ml, salt to taste, pepper to taste

Steps to make Classic Chicken Quiche:

1. Preheat oven to 200ºC.

2. Grease the muffin tray with some olive oil.

3. Remove the ridges of the bread and soak it in water and remove it immediately and drain the excess water and line this soaked bread on the muffin tray.

4. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven.

5. Reduce the oven to 180C.

6. In a pan cook the chicken and add salt and pepper to taste.

7. Whisk the eggs and milk together in a large jug. Pour the egg mixture into the pans and bake for 12-15 minutes or just until the filling has set.

8. Pour the chicken mixture on top of the baked bread and add the mixture and cook well until cooked.

Serve this yummy quiche and enjoy!
