Coconut Burfi is a south Indian sweet dish, which is now made all over india due to its delectable taste, easy preparation, easy to store like properties and last but not the least, health benefits

Ghee-1 tsb, cardamom powder-½ tbsp, sugar-1 cup, fresh coconut-1 small and dry fruits-½ cup
1. Heat a non stick pan. Add the coconut, sugar, and green cardamom powder and cook, stirring continuously, for fifteen minutes or till the mixtures turns a golden brown.
2. Remove from the heat and add the powdered sugar and mix. Grease a thali with ghee and pour in the coconut mixture and spread evenly.
3. When it cools, cut into diamonds or squares and garnish with dry fruits.
You can store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week.
