Raw coconut offers a spectrum of benefits. Coconut Halwa Barfi is one of the simplest and delightful sweet dishes with the flavour of vanilla that adds on to its taste.
Contents
Milkmaid-1 cup, grated coconut-3 cups and vanilla extract- ½ tsp
1. Dry roast grated coconut on low flame.
2. Add milkmaid and sauté well.
3. Add vanilla extract. Mix well.
Take it out in a plate and cut in the shape of barfi. Store in an air tight container.
