1 onion thinly sliced. 2 tablespoons butter, 4 potatoes (boiled and cooled), salt to taste
1. Heat butter. Add the onions and cook until crispy. Remove the onions from the pan and reserve.
2. Slice the potatoes into 1/4 inch slices. Add them to the hot pan and brown on both sides.
3. Return the onion to the pan, toss and add salt. Serve immediately.
