Looking for a chill shake this hot summer? Then the right choice is Custard Apple Chill Cream, which is a super easy to make dish with just one fruit and is very healthy. Custard apple is a good source of vitamins, calcium, and magnesium and has antioxidants and antibacterial properties. Since it is rich in vitamin C, it’s good for the eyes and removes toxicity from our bodies.

1 cup custard apple pulp, 1 cup cow milk, ½ cup sugar
1. Take a ripened custard apple and wash thoroughly.
2. Cut it into half and scoop out the pulp . Remove all the seeds.
3. In a blender, add custard apple pulp, milk and sugar. If custard apple is very sweet , add less sugar.
4. Blend until creamy.
