Dahi Boondi Raita is a healthy and delicious accomplice to main course dishes, made with yogurt and boondi with a burst of flavour of jeera powder and mint leaves.

Contents
1 cup yogurt, ½ cup boondi, 1 tsp black salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp roasted cumin powder, 4-5 mint leaves crushed, salt to taste, water as needed.
1. Whisk the yogurt till smooth. Add water and mix well.
2. Add boondi, black salt, salt, black pepper, roasted cumin powder and mix well.
3. Transfer the raita in a bowl. Garnish it with crushed mint leaves.
Serve along with the main course.
