Give these finger foods, which provide adequate amounts of calories. Coconut milk provides healthy fats and carrots contain good amounts of vitamin A, which helps improving eye sight. Lentils contain good amounts of fiber and protein.

Red lentils -30gms, maida -50gms, carrot -25gms, onion -25gms, green chillies -10gms, coconut milk -15ml, tomatoes -50gms, salt to taste
1. Soak lentils overnight and blend these lentils into a course paste.
2. Add tomatoes onions and grated carrot and add the lentil mixture. Add coconut milk and mix well until combined.
3. Add salt and chilies to taste.
4. Roll the mixture and make them into finger shaped form and deep fry until golden brown.
Serve these yummy Dal Fingers.
