Delicious Eggless Crepes are literally the most delicious thing ever and they are super healthy too. It is a perfect blend of maida, besan, ghee, and jaggery that altogether provide carbohydrate, protein and fat in proper amount to your body. Being sweet in taste, it is liked by most as a perfect snack. This is a great egg-free version of the classic French crepe that can be used as a snack or a dessert.

Maida-1 cup, besan-½ cup, jaggery- 2 tsp, water-2 cup, saffron strands-few and ghee-1/4 cup
1. Mix maida, besan and jaggery in a bowl.
2. Add water to make asmooth batter. Add saffron strands and mix.
3. Heat pan and coat it with ghee.
4. Pour about 2 tablespoons of crepe batter. Swirl pan to allow batter to spread out thinly. Cook until the edges are crispy and golden, then flip to cook the other side until lightly browned.
Repeat with remaining batter. Serve hot.
