This is the easiest dessert that you can prepare in no time. This is so soft that it will melt in mouth. Apart from the taste, this recipe will provide calcium, protein, vitamin A2, E, and D with Omega 3 properties, which help in bone and brain development of your child. Sugar will provide carbohydrates and energy.

1¼ cup milk powder/dry milk powder, 1/8 cup ghee, ¼ cup milk, ½ cup powdered sugar, few saffron strands optional, nuts sliced(almonds, cashews, raisins), powdered pistachios
1. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan, once it is melted then add milk powder and milk. Mix it well.
2. Saute the mixture till one minute till it is well combined.
3. Now add powdered sugar in it and mix well. Cook for another 1-2 minutes on medium flame.
4. You will notice that the ghee will start separating/leaving the sides of the pan in a minute or two.
5. Immediately pour it in a greased pan and top with saffron, pistachios and nuts.
6. Leave to cool for 5 minutes.
Slice and serve this super delicious barfi!
