In hot weather, you need to make sure that your kid consumes foods that will not heat up his body. This Flax Seed Raita is ideal for him. It is rich in calcium, protein, magnesium, and vitamin D.

Contents
1 cup curds, ½ tsp roasted flax seeds, 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves, 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder, 1/4 tsp sugar, rock salt to taste
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Chill for an hour and serve.
