Coconut Rice is a very famous and favourite food item cooked by the South Indians. It is cooked using fresh coconut and its flavours and aroma surely tickle the taste buds. As for kids not only is it healthy but very light too. decked with potassium and carbohydrates. The sour taste of the coconut with rice make it more delicious. Let us try one these simple recipe with your kiddo and we are sure it will be a hit.

1 cup cooked rice, ½ cup grated fresh coconut, 2-3 tbsp ghee, 10-12 coriander leave, salt as per taste
1. heat ghee in a pan and add some cumin seeds to it. Once stops cluttering u can add rice mix it a bit with the ghee, then slowly add grated coconut and sprinkle some salt and mix it gently.
2. Once you stir everything well then turn off the flame.
Sprinkle some coriander and serve the Coconut Rice with some fresh yogurt.
