Fruity oats is one such blend that makes it a healthy breakfast option. It's easily made in minutes and contains essential vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber.

Mango-1 small, banana-1 large, chickoo-1 , milk-2 cups , sugar-1 tsp and oats-1 cup
1. Combine the oats and 2 cups milk in asmall saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and cook until the milk has been absorbed, a bout 5 minutes.
2. Stir in the cinnamon and sugar. Top with mango pulp, sliced banana and chopped chickoo. If desired, pour a little maple syrup on top.
Serve hot.
