2 carrots boiled and grated, 2 cups maida, 1 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp ajwain seeds, ½ tsp black pepper powder, 1 pinch baking soda, 1 cup oil
1. Mix flour, carrots, salt, sugar, ajwain seeds and baking soda. Knead into a dough with no additional water.
2. Roll puris from the dough and deep fry in hot oil. Serve with curd and pickle.
