Ganth Gobi is an excellent nutritious vegetable and tastes super tempting your champ to try while it is still cooking. This gobi has the ability to improve the digestive processes.

2 cups ganth gobi (Kohlrabi)-julienned or grated, 1 ½ tbsp. mustard oil, 1 tsp. panch phoran (Bengali’s five spices- cumin, brown mustard, fenugreek, nigella and fennel), 2-3 dry red chili(cut into pieces), salt as per taste, ¼ tsp. turmeric powder
1. Heat oil in a pan and add panch phoran and allow it to crackle, add the red chillies and fry for 2-3 seconds.
2. Add the ganth gobi juliennes and stir. Add turmeric and salt and sauté for few minutes.
3. Cover and cook on low flame until it is well cooked.
Serve hot with cooked rice and dal to your child.
