Prepare a healthier version of Golpapdi by adding rice flour and soya flour in it. The sweet delicacy of Gujarat is perfect to serve taste with health.

½ cup wheat flour, 1/4 cup rice flour, 1/4 cup soya flour, 5 tbsp ghee, ½ cup sugar, almond silvers
1. Heat ghee in a skillet and add flour, rice flour and soya flour and cook on low flame while stirring continuously.
2. Remove from flame and allow it to cool a bit.
3. Add sugar and mix well. Grease a thali with ghee and pour the mixture on to it and spread it evenly.
4. Sprinkle almond silvers and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Cut into pieces and serve immediately or store in airtight container.
