Do you dislike eating grapes? Then try this recipe to delight with the real taste of grapes. Grapes are a very good source of vitamin B2, K, and copper

2 cups Grape Juice, ¾ cup Sugar, 1 ½ tsp. pectin powder, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 tbsp. lemon juice.
1. Select and wash the grapes and remove the stems.
2. Place them in a pot and crush and add water, cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes or until the grapes are cooked.
3. Strain the juice through a double thickness of cheesecloth.
4. Measure 2 cups exactly in a large saucepan and stir in sugar and heat the mixture. When the sugar has dissolved, boil the mixture and reduce the flame and stir in the pectin powder, butter and stir continuously until all the pectin is completely dissolved.
5. Bring the mixture to full rolling boil, simmer and boil for 1 minute and remove from heat and add lemon juice and stir well.
6. Quickly pour the mixture into jelly or pudding mould, allow cooling down and setting it in the fridge.
Relish these grapey jellies.
