Are you interested in preparing a sweet and sour kadhi? Then here you go with Gujarati mango kadhi recipe to delight. This is an excellent side dish made with mango pulp, added to ghee tempered yogurt besan mix. Mangoes are loaded with necessary vitamins and minerals.

1 cup mango pulp, 2 tbsp.gram flour (besan), ¼ tsp. turmeric powder, salt to taste, ¼ cup sour butter milk, 1 tsp. oil/ghee, 1 pinch asafoetida, ½ tsp. cumin seeds, 1 spring curry leaves, 2 green chillies, 1 tsp. powdered jaggery
1. Mix buttermilk, besan powder, salt, turmeric powder well without lumps.
2. Heat this mixture and add mango pulp, green chillies and jaggery, give a good stir to mix well and bring it to boil
3. Heat ghee in a pan and splutter the cumin seeds, add the asafoetida and curry leaves, sauté and pour on the boiling kadhi and switch off the flame.
Serve Gujarati Mango Kadhi with roti, poori, or steaming rice.
