Here’s an interesting dosa recipe that will help you make more nutritious and healthy dosas. This recipe uses whole wheat which is rich in fibre, potassium, magnesium, Vitamin B6, iron and calcium. Follow the recipe to easily and quickly make nutritious and healthy aata dosas at home.

Ingredients: 1 cup of whole wheat flour, ¼ cup of rice flour, 2 ½ cups of water, 1 teaspoon of chopped curry leaves, one small onion chopped, ½ tsp finely chopped ginger, a pinch of hing, ½ tsp of jeera, 1 teaspoon of lime juice, salt.
Steps:
1. Mix the wheat and rice flours and the rest of the ingredients except water. Mix well.
2. Add water slowly and keep stirring to prepare a smooth and lump free batter. Set aside for 30 minutes.
3. Stir once and pour on to a greased hot griddle with the help of a round bottom ladle.
4. Cook till the base turns golden and then flip sides after pouring a little oil on the top.
Serve hot with spicy coconut chutney!
