Milkshakes are loved by all any time .The trick is to make it as healthy as possible. Dry figs is one such fruit, which might not appeal, but it is a rich source of iron and fiber and is very healthy. Figs are also a good source of calcium. Figs help to relive constipation and are loaded with essential vitamins and minerals crucial for effective growth and development.

Figs, cashews, cow milk
1. Soak figs and cashews in water for 2 hours.
2. After soaking, figs become soft.
3. Add the soaked figs and cashews to blender and blend along with milk until smooth.
