Pasta…Yummm! It is not just tasty but is also a very healthy dish as it can be considered a complete meal with all essential nutrients like carbohydrate, proteins, vitamins and minerals. It is easy to prepare and you would love it.

150 g white pasta or spaghetti, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tsp mixed herbs (dried basil, dried rosemary, thyme), 1 tsp chilli flakes, ½ cup fresh cream, 2 tsp olive oil, 1 clove minced garlic, ½ chopped onion, 1 small cup of small diced capsicum
1. Bring a large pot of slightly salted water to boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes.
2. Drain out water for the pasta and store the pasta.
3. In a pan add 2 tsp of olive oil, and add minced garlic, onion and stir till onion is slightly fried, to this then add capsicum and fry for 2 minutes.
4. In a bowl add the cooked pasta, ½ cup thick fresh cream and mix them well. To this, add the vegetable mixture and chilli flakes and garnish with some basil leaves or cherry tomato. Serve in a cute bowl.
