Are you tired of the same old dal-chawal meals? Make a special treat with our special Holud Mishti Pulao recipe! This is loaded with carbohydrates and vital vitamins and nutrients.

1 cup basmati rice, 1 inch ginger grated, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/4 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 2 bay leaves, 1 inch cinnamon stick, 3 cardamom pods, 3 cloves, saffron strands-few
3 tbsp Ghee, 2 tbsp Cashew nuts, 2 tbsp Raisins
1. Cook the rice in a pressure cooker along with 1 tbsp ghee, ginger and 2 cups of water until done.
2. Roast the spices and nuts in ghee on medium heat until golden brown. Add saffron.
3. Turn off the heat, stir in the steamed rice and sugar into the roasted nuts and spices and serve.
We can assure you that you will gobble up this Holud Mishti Pulao with glee!
