Guava is known as the power house of nutrients, for its heart health and immunity boosting properties. Cooking guava with sugar softens the fruit and also makes its taste richer. Despite the dash of ginger, the spicy guava drink will be pleasing, due to the innate sweetness and creaminess of guavas, loaded with essential carbohydrates, vitamin B3, vitamin C, iron, and calcium.
