Ingredients to make Jam Rolls:

3/4 cup all purpose flour, 3 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/3 cup water, powdered sugar, 2/3 cup jam

Steps to make Jam Rolls:

1. Heat oven at 375 degrees and line the baking dishes with baking paper. Now grease the baking papers with little butter.

2. Take a medium bowl and add eggs. Beat them for about 5 minutes and then add sugar to them.

3. Beat them well and add water and vanilla extract to this. Again mix them well.

4. Now add flour, baking powder and salt to this mixture and mix well till you get a smooth batter.

5. Pour this mixture into the baking tray.

6. Bake it in the oven for about 15 minutes and then insert a toothpick to check if it's ready.

7. If it's ready then immediately take it out from the oven and loosen it up and take it out in a plate.

8. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on this cake.

9. Remove baking paper and while it is still hot carefully start rolling the cake from narrow end.

10. Let it cool down and keep it rolled for 30 minutes.

11. Unroll the cake and then spread a thin layer of jam on it.

12. Again roll up the cake and sprinkle some sugar on it.

Cut it into small logs and serve with milk.
