Prepare this no fuss Jamun Mousse which is creamy, smooth, heavenly taste delicacy is full of vitamin B, iron, calcium, and many other nutrients.

2 cups jamun, ½ cup sugar, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 cup low fat cream, ½ cup sugar(as per taste), 1 tsp gelatin powder
1. Wash the jamuns and toss them in sugar. Leave them to soften for a few hours.
2. Crush with fingers to take out the pulp. Take pulp and sugar in a pan; add balsamic vinegar and cook it to attain jammy consistency
3. Warm 1/4 cup cream in a bowl. Sprinkle over gelatin and allow to soften.
4. Whim the remaining cream and sugar. Strain the gelatin in to the cream and mix.
5. Gently fold in the jamun puree into the cream.
Serve the jamun mousse in glass and top up with jamun puree and mint leaves.
