Enjoy this Jelly Twinkle as an ocassional sumptuous treat made with red current jelly on top of tart. You will not be able to resist from eating more.

2 tbsp softened butter, ½ cup castor sugar, 1 cup all purpose flour, a pinch of baking powder, 1 cup red current jelly, powdered suagr to dust
1. Sieve flour and castor sugar, baking powder in a deep bowl. Add softened butter and knead a dough usng cold water little at a time.
2. Divide the dough into equal small balls and roll them. Cut them in star shape and prick with fork.
3. Place them in a baking tray and bake them in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the tarts are golden brown.
4. Take them out and spread red current jelly over them.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over them to give a twinkling effect.
