This dish uses thin flatbread usually made from Jowar flour, baked on fire or iron skillet. Bajra and wheat flour is also used as an alternative. This is rich in protein and fibre and can be used for children who cannot tolerate wheat products! Try this version of roti today.

Jowar flour, oil, salt, jeera
1. Sieve Jowar flour in a bowl.
2. Add oil and salt, mix. Add suffiecient water to make a smooth dough.
3. Set aside for 15 minutes.
4. Grease palm with oil and roll the dough into chapati.
5. Cook on a greased hot tawa till both sides are nice and golden brown.
Serve with chutney or your child's favorite palia.
