Raw banana is a good source of iron, potassium, vitamin C, and fibre. You can make delicious Kadaliseka Bhaja with this unripened banana, which is flavoured with spices and garlic in this recipe. Your kiddo would love it.

Ingredients to make Kadaliseka Bhaja:
3-4 raw bananas, 4 tbsp refined oil, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 4 tsp cumin seeds, 2 dry chilies, 10-12 garlic, salt as per taste
Steps to make Kadaliseka Bhaja:
1. Wash, peel and cut thin slices of raw banana.
2. In a blender, add cumin seeds, dry chillies and garlic.
3. Make a fine paste.
4. In a vessel, add water, turmeric, and the banana slices.
5. Once tender, remove the banana slices.
6. Coat the banana slices with the ground paste.
7. In a frying pan, add oil. Once warm, add the coated banana slices one by one. Fry on both sides till golden brown.
Kadaliseka Bhaja is ready. Enjoy!
