A simple, tasty and highly nutritious salad for your little one. Kairi Rath-Alu Saag is made using sweet potato and raw mango, both rich in vitamins. You can flavour the salad with freshly roasted cumin powder, little salt and sugar.

Ingredients to make Kairi Rath-Alu Saag:
½ raw mango grated, 1 boiled sweet potato finely chopped, ¼ tsp sugar, salt as per taste, ¼ tsp cumin powder.
Steps to make Kairi Rath-Alu Saag:
1. In a bowl, add the chopped sweet potato and grated raw mango.
2. Dry roast the cumin and grind to a fine powder.
3. Add cumin powder, salt and sugar and toss the salad.
Delicious salad is ready! You can also use it as a side dish with the main course.
