Kale is high in essential nutrients, fiber, and protein but low in calories and fat. Mango boasts of an abundance of nutrients, such as antioxidants, minerals, vitamins, and other vital nutrients, that are beneficial for people of every age. This is a creative blend of mango and Kale which you should definitely try.

2 mangoes, 1⁄2 cup kale, 1⁄2 cup formula or breast milk
1. Peel and chop the mango. Chop kale.
2. Place the mangoes and kale in a steamer. Cover and cook for 8 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
3. Now blend the mangoes, kale, and milk with the help of a blender or food processor and puree for 1 minute or until you get the desired consistency.
Kale Mousse is ready for you.
