Kele ka Pua is a traditional food of hill station, and it is made of banana and fennel seeds packed with high energy levels. This can be a source of good munchie for you lingering on your taste buds.

1 cup atta (Indian chappati flour), ½ cup sooji (cream of wheat), 3 over ripe bananas, 1 tsp saunf (fennel seeds), ½ cup raw sugar, ½ cup plain yogurt, oil for deep frying
1. Take a bowl and mash the bananas, then add the fennel seeds, sugar, and yogurt.
2. Whip all the ingredients until smooth and then start adding the atta and sooji. Start mixing them well ensuring there are no lumps. Set aside for about half an hour.
3. In the meantime, heat the oil for deep frying. Scoop teaspoons full of the batter and drop gently into the oil.
Fry them until golden brown. Drain the excess oil on tissue paper, and serve them warm or cold.
