Ingredients to make Kharzi:
1 cup cooked rice, ½ cup spring onion chopped, 2½ tablespoons Mozzarella cheese, 4 tablespoons red chili paste, ½ teaspoon ginger paste, salt to taste
Steps to make Kharzi:
1. Grind cheese with red chilli and ginger paste.
2. Combine with chopped spring onion.
Mix with hot cooked rice and serve Kharzi warm!
