Kheer Parwal is a unique dessert made from the pointed gourd. It is a nice way to make your child eat this vegetable without letting him know.

Parwal 5-6 pieces, 1 tbsp ghee, Khoya 250 g, 1 cup grated coconut, 2 cup sugar, chopped nuts, green cardamom
1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add khoya, 2 tbsp of sugar and green cardamom powder.
2. Stir till the sugar melts. Add chopped almonds and pistachios.
3. Make sugar syrup with remaining sugar and water.
4. Now wash the parwals. Peel and make a hole at one end. Scoop out all the seeds with spoon.
5. Now boil the parwals till tender but do not overcooked. Boil the tendered parwals in sugar syrup.
6. Take them out and stuff with khoya filling and garnish with saffron.
Chill and serve.
