This is a popular dish of Arunanchal Pradesh that is a kind of pancake made from buckwheat flour and served with butter tea of Yak milk.
Contents
1 cup buckwheat flour, salt to taste and little bit of butter or ghee
1. Mix buckwheat flour with water and make a thick batter. Add salt as per the taste. Let it rest for half an hour
2. Take a flat tawa and add little ghee or butter on it. Now spread this batter on the tawa to get the shape of a dosa. Cook from both the sides till it turns brown and crisp.
Serve it hot!
