Cabbage is rich in sulfur and these foods ‘feed' the good bacteria in the gut and makes digestion easy. Cabbage also contains a good amount of fiber, which eases constipation trying a variety of foods is very good as it doesn't bore with the same type of foods. So, here's a recipe centered on cabbage: Kosu Baath.

Ingredients to make Kosu Baath (1 serving):
Rice – 30gms, cabbage- 50gms, onions -25 gms, tomatoes -20gms, oil – 10 ml, salt to taste
Steps to make Kosu Baath:
1. Take a clean pressure cooker, add oil and onions. Sauté until golden brown.
2. Add tomatoes and cabbage to the pan and cook until soft.
3. Add washed and soaked rice to the mixture. Close the lid and pressure cook for 2- 3 whistles.
Serve this yummy Kosu Baath!
