Kulkuls is a Goan sweet dish made during Christmas. It is not only appetizing but appealing because of its shell shape. Coconut milk is a good source of vitamins and minerals.

2 cups flour, 2 tbsp. butter, ½ cup powdered sugar, 2 drops vanilla essence, coconut milk as required to make a soft dough, fork or brand new fine-toothed comb (washed)
1. Sieve the flour and baking powder 2 times and transfer them to a mixing bowl. Add the powdered sugar and mix well.
2. Add the butter a little at a time and mix gently.
3. Add the coconut milk and knead it soft dough and cover with a cloth and rest it for an hour.
4. Form into tiny 1 inch balls. Then take the ball and flatten on the fork/comb and roll.
5. When all the rolls are done, deep fry in hot oil until they are light brown.
Serve them as evening snack!
