Layapitta Panchakajjayya is a pretty simple, quick, and easy recipe to make. In fact, you can add it to the list of “Flameless cooking.” Involve your family in the cooking process and experience the fun of cooking.

1 cup broken puffed paddy/layapitto, ¼ tsp. cardamom powder, 3 tbsp. powdered jaggery, ½ cup grated coconut, 1 tbsp.ghee
1. In a mixing bowl add the grated coconut and jiggery and mix them well.
2. Add the broken puffed paddy/ layapitto to the mixture and mix well. Then, add cardamom powder and ghee, and mix well.
