Prepare this little tangy and sweet Lemon Yogurt Jelly and serve it along with fruit salad. The jelly is rich in calcium and vitamin C and tastes so good.

1 tbsp unflavoured jelly, 1/4 cup water, ½ cup lemon juice, ½ cup sugar, 2 lemons zested, 1.5 cup yogurt, ½ tsp vanilla extract
1. Lightly oil a baking dish and line it with plastic wrap. Set aside.
2. In a bowl mix water and gelatin and let it soften for 5 minutes. Set aside.
3. Bring lemon juice, sugar and lemon zest to boil in a pan. Add gelatin and stir until it is completely dissolved.
4. Remove from heat and add the yogurt and vanilla extract (Yogurt should be with higher fat content), stirring until smooth.
5. Pour into the baking dish; cover and refrigerate it for about 6 hours or until set.
Unmould the jelly and serve along with fruit salad.
