Summer is never complete without this simple and amazing recipe. Mango Crush or Aam Ras is pureed thick mango pulp or mango puree. Mango contains a lot of nutrients that required for developing a strong body and mind. It contains high amount of vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates. Mangoes are rich in vitamin B-6, which helps in improves brain functioning.

4-5 Alphonso Mangoes, 1-2 tbsp milk, sugar as required
1. Wash mangoes in the running water.
2. Add the mangoes in the blender along with milk and blend till you get a smooth puree.
3. Add sugar only if you feel it's required.
4. Let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 2-3 hours.
Pour it in a glass and your chilled Aam Ras is ready to be served.
