The homemade Mango Jam recipe is a super easy recipe with no preservatives, pectin, and artificial colors. It is a great combination of sour and sweet taste. Mangoes are easily digestible, rich in fibre, vitamin A and C, good for eyesight, cures anaemia, and a weight gaining fruit too.

2 large ripe mango, ½ cup sugar, 1 tsp lemon juice
1. Wash and towel dry the Mangoes. Now peel off the skin and blend them in a blender to a smooth puree.
2. Pour the puree into a non-stick pan and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add sugar and keep cooking the mixture for about 8-10 minutes till it gets thick and leaves the sides.
4. Switch off the flame and add lemon juice. Mix it well.
5. Once it gets cooled store in a sterilized glass jar and refrigerate it.
Enjoy the jam with bread/chapati or roti.
