Mango Kalakand is a traditional Indian sweet delicacy made from mango and paneer. This sweet is flavoured with elaichi and grated coconut and tastes yum. Mango, the king of fruits has all the vital nutrients while paneer is a good source of protein.

Contents
3 mangoes(ripe), ½ cup paneer, ½ cup condensed milk, ¼ tsp elaichi powder, ¼ cup grated coconut
1. Remove the mango pulp. In a pan, add the pulp and cook for 2 minutes stirring continuously.
2. Add the grated paneer, elaichi powder and sweetened condensed milk.
3. Cook for about 10 to 15 mins until the mixture starts to leave the pan. Stir in between. The mixture has to be moist
4. Transfer the mixture onto a greased plate and spread the mixture evenly.
5. Garnish with grated coconut on top.
6. Allow the mixture to cool down and cut into 2 inch squares.
Delicious Mango Kalakand is ready to be relished. Devour and enjoy!
