Looking for a new and nutritious sweet dish recipe to indulge your kid? Try our recipe for Mango Payeesh. Mango is full of nutrients like Vitamin A and Vitamin C, and the milk provides valuable calcium.

1 liter milk, 1/3 cup rice soaked for 30 min, ½ cup sugar, 1 ripe mango chopped and blended to mango pulp, chopped cashew and raisins
1. Boil the milk until it reduces to half in quantity.
2. Add the soaked rice to the milk and simmer for 15-20min till rice is cooked.
3. Add sugar and mango pulp and mix well. Cook for 2-3 mins more.
4. Garnish with cashew nuts and raisins. Serve chilled.
