Milky White Yummy Coconut Stew can be an ideal mid-evening snack. It provides adequate amounts of healthy fats which helps in providing adequate amounts of calories.

Grated coconut- 50gms, beans -20gms, carrot 25gms, cardamom, cloves, garlic, ghee
1. Heat ghee in a broad non-stick pan, add the onions and sauté on a medium flame
2. Add the cardamom, cloves and cinnamon, mix well and sauté on a medium flame for a few seconds
3. Add the coconut paste mixture, green chili and salt, mix well and cook
4. Add the cornflour-water mixture and mixed vegetables, mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes while stirring continuously.
Serve this yummy milky coconutty stew!
