Ingredients to make Mini Bajra Rotis:
2 cups bajra flour, 1 teaspoon oil, water as required, salt to taste, some bajra flour for dusting, oil for frying
Steps to make Mini Bajra Rotis:
1. Make a dough by mixing the flour, oil, salt and water.
2. Heat a tava or flat fry pan.
3. Make medium sized balls from the dough and dust with flour.
4. Roll out small rotis and place on the hot tava.
5. Cook with a little oil till both sides have brown spots and are done.
6. Serve mini bajra rotis hot with a side dish of your choice.
