Mini Dry Samosa(Singara)

Mini Dry Samosa is a scrumptious snack with mouth-watering mixture of gram flour, samosa masala, and dry fruits. It is easy to prepare and can be served easily.

Ingredients to make Mini Dry Samosa(Singara):

For the dough:

2 cups maida, ½ cup oil, 2 tbsp onion seeds, salt to taste

For the stuffing:

1.5 cup besan, 2 tbsp watermelon seeds, 2 tbsp cashew nuts, 2 tbsp raisins, 2 tbsp peanut, 4 tbsp samosa masala, 1 tsp chaat masala powder, 1 tbsp dry mango powder, 1 tbsp sugar powder, 1 tsp red chilli powder, ½ tsp black salt, 1/3 cup oil, salt to taste

Steps to make Mini Dry Samosa:

1. In a bowl, take maida; add oil, onion seeds and salt. Rub with your palm.

2. Add little water at a time and knead a smooth dough. Cover and keep aside.

3. In a bowl take besan and oil and knead properly. Fry it in a pan on low flame till the raw aroma goes away. Transfer it to a bowl and keep aside.

4. Fry raisin in a panand add to the besan mixture.

5. Dry roast melon seeds, peanuts and cashew nuts. Crush cashews and peanuts. Add all three in a besan mixture bowl.

6. Add samosa masala, chaat masala, dry mango powder, sugar powder, red chilli powder, black salt, salt. Mix well and set aside to cool.

7. Make small balls of the dough. Roll them and cut them into half.

8. Make a cone shape with one half and Stuff mixture. Seal the open ends with water.

9. Heat oil in a skillet and fry all these prepared mini dry samosas(singara).

Serve hot or store them for later use.
