All foods are healthy when eaten in moderation and there are ways to make it more healthier without compromising with the taste. Bread is a common high-carb food, which makes French toast high in carbs. Mint flavoured French toast comes with the goodness of mint and lemon, which makes it fit for your child's breakfast or snacks.

Contents
Mint leaves-1/4 cup, lemon juice-1 tsb, bread slices-4, oil-2 tsp, cumin powder-1/4 tsp, corn flour-½ cup and salt-to taste
1. Add the corn flour to ashallow bowl and add water. Mix in until smooth.
2. Add salt. Lemon juice, mint leaves and cumin powder and whisk together.
3. Heat up a frying pan with a little coconut oil.
4. Soak each slice of bread in the batter for a few seconds on each side, and then place onto the frying pan to cook until browned on each side.
Serve as it is or drizzled with honey.
