In summer, curd raitas are a great option to serve to your little one, as they are cooling for his little body. This Mixed Veggie Raita is full of nutrients like calcium, protein, vitamin C, and vitamin D.

Contents
1 cup curds, ½ cup beetroot cubed and boiled, 1/4 cup cucumber cubes, 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes, 1 tbsp chopped coriander, 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder, rock salt to taste
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
2. Chill for an hour and serve.
