This is one of the easy recipes that can be made in a jiffy. Mogri are rich in ascorbic acid, folic acid, and potassium. They are a good source of vitamin B6, riboflavin, magnesium, copper, and calcium.

Contents
1 cup stringed and chopped mogri, 2 tsp oil, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 1/4 tsp asafoetida, 1 slit green chilli, 1/4 tsp coriander powder, salt to taste
1. Heat the oil in a deep non-stick pan, add the mustard seeds, asafoetida and green chilli and sauté on a medium flame for 30 seconds.
2. When the seeds crackle, add the radish pods, coriander seeds powder and salt and sauté on a medium flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
Serve immediately with hot parathas.
