Prepare these amazing candies with yams and caramel sauce.

2-3 sweet potatoes boiled and diced, 1 cup cubed pineapple, 3 tbsp butter, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 egg beaten, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, 1 cup caramel sauce, 2 cups marshmallows
1. Mix sweet potatoes, pineapple, brown sugar, salt, butter, egg, cinnamon powder together in a bowl.
2. Pour half of this mixture in a casserole dish. Pour caramel sauce over it. Top with marshamallows. Add remaining sweet potatoes mixture on it.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Add another layer of marshamallows over it and bake for another 10 minutes or till marshamallows turns golden brown.
Serve fresh.
