Do you hate radish? Radish or mooli is a rich source of potassium, carbohydrate, dietary fibre, protein, Vitamin C, calcium, iron and magnesium and hence is important for your health. Here’s a simple recipe that allows you to use mooli to make crunchy and delicious parathas at home.

Ingredients: 1 mooli grated, 2 green chillies chopped, chilli powder, garam masala powder, whole wheat flour, oil, white butter, salt.
Steps:
1. Mix the grated mooli with chopped green chillies, chilli powder, garam masala and salt and set aside.
2. Prepare the dough using the wheat flour. Pinch out small balls from the dough. Roll them out into small rotis.
3. Place the mooli stuffing in between and pleat the edges of the roti.
4. Roll out the roti again.
5. Heat a tawa and cook till both sides are done.
Remove from the flame and serve with a vegetable curry. So surprise by making these yummy parathas at home today!
